This wedding expo is not your traditional pipe, drape, and booth expo. We want to make the event interactive and hit on a personal level. As wedding industry vendors we want your big day to be just as amazing as you do! We get it, we understand things can get stressful but that’s why we’re here to help. We’re humans too and feel everything that you feel.
Weather permitting, several ceremony locations will be set up around the grounds. At each location several vendors (excluding food vendors) will be placed together as if it was an actual wedding ceremony. Attendees will then be able to walk through each ceremony location, getting an accurate feel of what everyone has to offer. At each location the vendors will be staged to chat and answer any questions you may have. They will also have a table with their information and services.
Food vendors will be set up inside the building/patio to protect the food from the elements. The rest of the grand hall will be staged as a reception. Raffles will take place throughout the day and swag bags will be handed out on a first come, first serve basis.
If you are a bride or groom who has already booked with us, you have free entry to the event (two tickets total) and any other guest will need to pay the ticket fee. Pre-purchased tickets are $10/person + fees. Day of tickets will be $15/person + fees and at the door only. If the event is needing to be postpone, tickets will then be honored for the event’s new selected date. Tickets are nonrefundable.
